Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate customer support interactions to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide feedback and coaching to support team members to improve the quality of their interactions
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer issues and take appropriate action

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or quality assurance
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices and quality assurance principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Collaborative skills with customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with QA auditing software and QA scorecard design
