Quality Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Managing multiple Veeva Vault managed-services accounts, the remote Quality Systems Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing project activities, budget, and status reporting while providing technical expertise and coordinating team efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for enhancements, support tickets, and manage daily project activities including schedule, scope, and budget
• Perform Level 2/3/4 support and hands-on configuration in Veeva Vault, including user administration and workflow issue resolution
• Coordinate offshore Technical Configurators and facilitate onboarding and alignment of team members to account-specific processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing Veeva Vault or a comparable eQMS
• Proven track record of managing client-facing delivery budgets, schedules, and status reporting
• Experience in life sciences or a GxP-regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
