Quality Systems Lead

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with quality standards, the full-time Quality Systems Lead will manage quality assurance activities, oversee documentation and archiving processes, and act as the Super-User for the electronic Quality Management System while working onsite in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Quality Assurance lead for MCM Vaccine B.V., ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory guidelines
• Ensure appropriate quality levels in documentation and procedures, and manage the tracking of deviations, complaints, and corrective actions
• Coordinate training preparations and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain quality processes for the joint venture

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, QMS, or validation within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., BSc/BTech)
• Experience working with high-quality standards, particularly in a GXP-related role
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a matrix environment
