Quality Systems Management Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Quality Systems Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a long-term vision and operating framework for a quality management system
• Lead change management efforts for new systems and processes to ensure adoption and sustained impact
• Oversee root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, with a preference for American Society of Quality certification
• Proven track record in leading quality transformations and implementing Quality Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with technology-enabled quality management and automation
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations
