Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Systems SAP Support in Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve quality management SAP issues through collaboration with IT vendors and subject matter experts
- Monitor and troubleshoot quality management programs and tools to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and support quality data processes and tools throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience in SAP system
- Working knowledge of SAP processes, configuration, and QM module
- Strong self-management, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of technical, regulatory, and procedural quality processes
- Experience with ABAP, SQL, Excel, and coding is beneficial
