Quality Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain improvements to the quality management system in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements
• Support Quality Management System processes, including CAPA, Deviations, Document Control, Change Management, Auditing, and Supplier Management
• Generate and analyze metrics for assigned Quality Management elements and identify areas for improvement within the QMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management systems or related roles
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus
• Understanding of proper documentation practices and record-keeping
• Experience with systems such as SharePoint, Workday, Microsoft Office, InfoEd, and EtQ Reliance is strongly desired
