A company is looking for a Manager, Training, Quality Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the training program and oversee the creation and revision of training curricula
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees and ensure compliance with training requirements
• Design digital learning resources and support the development of training materials and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in instructional design and digital learning formats
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying adult learning techniques and education
• Knowledge of GxP and Quality Systems principles in regulated industries
• Experience with electronic learning management systems
