Quality Systems Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr/Manager, Training, Quality Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the GxP Quality Training program and oversee the design and implementation of training within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop and revise role-based training curricula, onboarding processes, and training materials in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Ensure training compliance across departments, support audits, and participate in initiatives to improve the training program and LMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in instructional design and digital learning formats for Manager Level; 6+ years for Sr. Manager Level
• Proven knowledge of GxP and Quality Systems principles
• Experience in the administration of electronic learning management systems in regulated industries
• Proficiency in instructional design principles for adult learning
