Quality Testing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Quality Testing Analyst will monitor and complete testing for automation projects, collaborate with the LOS Administration team, and analyze business requirements to enhance workflow and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and complete all testing responsibilities, ensuring timely project deployment and issue resolution
• Act as a liaison between the LOS Administration team to provide guidance and support for projects impacting workflow
• Compile, analyze, and document business requirements for workflow improvements and system updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry highly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in loan processes from point of sale through servicing and secondary highly preferred
• Detailed understanding of mortgage banking operations, workflow, and processes
• Experience supporting business use of software products, with knowledge of Encompass highly preferred
