Quality Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Trainer I responsible for developing and conducting training and auditing tools for quality programs and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify specific training requirements for the Quality department staff
• Develop and evaluate training programs, including maintaining records of training activities and employee progress
• Assist in auditing staff work and recommend areas for improvement to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of training, instructional design, or related learning experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
• Experience in content development and simplifying complex topics
• Prior experience mentoring peers or supporting onboarding of new team members
• Familiarity with quality programs (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS) and related regulatory concepts
