Job Summary
Responsible for developing and conducting training programs, the full-time remote Quality Trainer will evaluate training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and support the rollout of quality initiatives for provider-facing staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct training evaluations and needs analyses to enhance training effectiveness
- Create interactive learning experiences using adult learning principles to improve provider conversations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
- Experience in adult learning and development, including content development and facilitation
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create clear training materials
- Prior experience mentoring peers or onboarding new team members
