Quality Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and conducting training programs, the full-time remote Quality Trainer will evaluate training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and support the rollout of quality initiatives for provider-facing staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct training evaluations and needs analyses to enhance training effectiveness
• Create interactive learning experiences using adult learning principles to improve provider conversations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
• Experience in adult learning and development, including content development and facilitation
• Ability to simplify complex topics and create clear training materials
• Prior experience mentoring peers or onboarding new team members
