Quality Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Quality Training Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing quality and efficiency through training and performance improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and performance improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency
• Develop, coordinate, and implement orientation and continuing education for staff members
• Maintain training aids/manuals and manage logistics and record keeping for training activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with two (2)+ years of relevant experience may be substituted
• Participation in the Quality Management Internship may also be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement
• Experience with automated information systems and computer software applications required
• Experience in a leadership and/or coaching position required
