Quality Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Quality Training Program, the contract Senior Specialist, Quality Training will manage training governance, regulatory compliance, and learning management system administration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the governance framework and policies for the GxP training program
• Assist with Learning Management System administration and manage training requests and assignments
• Coordinate GxP onboarding training for new hires and support audits/inspections of the training program

Required qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• 2+ years supporting GxP training programs or LMS management
• General understanding of global GxP regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.)
• Experience within GxP disciplines such as GMP, GCP, GLP, or GDP
