Job Summary

A company is looking for a Qualtrics Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control Qualtrics user permissions, ensuring adherence to governance processes
  • Maintain and develop SmartSheet inventories for surveys, dashboards, users, and APIs
  • Develop and implement related automations and support survey intake triage processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Qualtrics Brand Administration
  • Proficiency in Jira, SmartSheet, and Atlassian Confluence
  • Experience in managing SaaS platforms or similar technologies
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and changing environments
