Quant Developer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing vault strategies, the full-time remote Quant Developer will build, optimize, and operate financial strategies for onchain finance, taking ownership of the entire strategy lifecycle from conception to live operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship vault strategies, managing the full lifecycle from implementation to live operation
• Optimize strategies through execution optimization, liquidity management, and risk parameter ownership
• Run protocol and asset due diligence to evaluate new protocols and collateral assets for strategy inclusion

Required qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience building quantitative systems in production, such as algorithmic trading or risk systems
• Strong Python skills with solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing and code review
• Applied quantitative skills in optimization, statistics, and simulation
• Experience with SQL and data infrastructure, including building or consuming data pipelines
• Proven track record of debugging live systems and ensuring production ownership
