Job Summary
To support complex corporate transactions, the independent contractor Quantitative Analyst will analyze and model business and executive compensation structures while integrating AI-assisted workflows in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and model complex financial and executive compensation arrangements to extract underlying economic logic
- Map ownership and value-distribution structures across multiple scenarios and stress-test assumptions for risk assessment
- Build and refine analytical models for live client matters, contributing to AI-enabled analytical practices within the firm
Required qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, finance, or a closely related quantitative field
- Expertise in using AI tools in a professional context for data modeling and analysis
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-performance environment
- Strong judgment in analyzing dense materials and separating signal from noise
- Prior experience in law is not required
