Quantitative Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Quantitative Analyst will act as the founder's analytical right hand by stress-testing ideas, building data models, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Stress-test ideas and pressure-check assumptions to inform important business decisions
• Build a comprehensive understanding of how various functions' data interconnects and drives business performance
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data across the company's systems

Required qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role, preferably supporting a founder or CEO
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and data wrangling
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and modern data analysis techniques
• Commercial acumen with the ability to connect data insights to revenue and growth
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment such as consulting or trading
