Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Quantitative Analyst, this role will focus on data-driven optimization of call center operations to enhance contact rates, conversion, and profitability while analyzing business metrics and developing actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify process deficiencies and opportunities for revenue improvement
  • Create and maintain frameworks for tracking business performance, including metrics, dashboards, and automated reports
  • Author and optimize complex T-SQL code to analyze large volumes of production data and operationalize model outputs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in a call center environment
  • Advanced skills in T-SQL, data transformations, and proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience in translating complex business problems into quantitative solutions with knowledge of A/B testing frameworks
  • Strong business acumen in evaluating metrics and identifying operational inefficiencies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred
