Quantitative Analytics Lead Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Lead Associate responsible for developing and validating predictive and machine-learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis on large data sets with increasing autonomy
• Support analysis by identifying necessary information and creating data structures
• Develop and maintain statistical models to address business needs using machine learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or 1 year with a Master's or PhD
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and advanced Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with advanced programming in Python, R, or SAS
• Understanding of model building, maintenance, and machine learning concepts
• Ability to perform hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis
