Quantitative Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models, the full-time Quantitative Analytics Manager will utilize advanced mathematical techniques to address complex business problems and provide actionable insights, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and leverage models and prescriptive analysis to solve business problems
• Review deliverables and coach team members on best practices for data analysis
• Coordinate with data stewards to improve data procedures and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and advanced programming in Python, R, or SAS
• Experience in model building, maintenance, and emerging techniques in data analysis
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience partnering with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of cloud-based and distributed computing technologies
