Quantitative Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research & Evaluation Data Analyst - Quantitative.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze behavioral health data and present findings
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to evaluate the Health Resources and Services Administration's Rural Communities Opioid Response Program
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts on analytical approaches and quality review of work products

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or PhD with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., Python, R, SAS) and qualitative analysis software
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as sample weighting and complex survey analysis
• Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts, including task delegation and feedback
• Experience with analyzing behavioral health datasets and summarizing findings into reports
