Quantitative Education Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of education research, the full-time remote Quantitative Education Researcher will lead and contribute to rigorous research projects focused on the impact of AI technologies on educational practices and outcomes, while managing project components and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design and execution of research and evaluation projects
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data
• Communicate and disseminate research findings in engaging and accessible ways

Required qualifications

• PhD in a related field or a master's degree with at least 4 years of relevant applied research experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting research or evaluation studies
• Experience with research projects for education agencies or public/nonprofit organizations
• Knowledge of education policies and interest in AI and emerging technologies in education
• Proficiency with at least one research or data analysis tool (e.g., R, Stata, Python)
