Quantitative Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quantitative Research Associate, Educational Measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on educational measurement and assessment innovation
• Support all stages of assessment development, including data collection and analysis
• Manage outreach and follow-up activities for partnerships and client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, social science, data science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• High proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
• Background in educational measurement or assessment systems
• Familiarity with K-12 assessment
• Content knowledge in science and/or mathematics preferred, but not required
