Quantitative Research Manager

Job Summary

Managing evaluation projects remotely, the full-time Quantitative Research Manager will oversee project execution, provide technical guidance on research design, and ensure compliance while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of evaluation projects, coordinating teams and providing technical guidance to ensure methodological soundness
• Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring engagement throughout the study
• Develop and manage project plans, monitoring progress and adjusting resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant evaluations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, or program evaluation field; Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years in project management
• Technical experience with qualitative and quantitative software packages
• Experience with large data sets, quantitative methods, and multivariate statistical analysis
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
