Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related subject area or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant applied research experience
• Experience working on research or evaluation projects for public or nonprofit entities
• Demonstrated experience with research design, survey sampling, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with data collection activities using various methodologies
• Familiarity with federal contracting and compliance standards
