Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project work and operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Conceptualize research questions and collaborate on study design in human and community development areas
• Lead data collection and analysis, utilizing advanced quantitative methodologies to address client-funded questions

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related field or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant applied research experience
• Demonstrated commitment to rigorous research and evaluation in human and community development
• Experience in designing research protocols and applying quantitative methodologies
• Ability to translate research questions into work plans and analytic strategies
• Experience with data visualization and analytic dashboards preferred but not required
