Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quantitative Researcher in Youth, Family, and Community Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to equitable research and program evaluation using rigorous quantitative methods
  • Design quantitative and mixed methods studies, develop research protocols, and conduct data analysis
  • Contribute to business development, manage collaborative project teams, and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications:
  • PhD with 0-3 years of experience in a social science field or Master's degree with at least 4 years of research experience
  • Methodological expertise in quantitative research methods
  • Prior experience in data analysis using STATA, R, or Python
  • Subject matter knowledge in child and youth development
  • Commitment to improving equity and outcomes in education
