A company is looking for a Quantitative Researcher in Youth, Family, and Community Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to equitable research and program evaluation using rigorous quantitative methods
- Design quantitative and mixed methods studies, develop research protocols, and conduct data analysis
- Contribute to business development, manage collaborative project teams, and mentor junior analysts
Required Qualifications:
- PhD with 0-3 years of experience in a social science field or Master's degree with at least 4 years of research experience
- Methodological expertise in quantitative research methods
- Prior experience in data analysis using STATA, R, or Python
- Subject matter knowledge in child and youth development
- Commitment to improving equity and outcomes in education
