Job Summary
To support the development of innovative fraud detection solutions, a full-time remote Quantitative Scientist, PhD new grad will build and maintain machine learning models, conduct research on fraud types, and contribute to product development in financial risk.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fraud detection models through the entire model development lifecycle
- Research new fraud types and contribute to the creation of identity verification products
- Write production-ready code for real-time decision-making and present analyses to inform various business areas
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, or applied data science
- Experience with Python and data science tools through coursework, research, or projects
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Interest in fraud, identity, and financial risk systems
