Job Summary

Specializing in proprietary trading strategies, the full-time remote Quantitative Trader will execute client trades, develop quantitative strategies, and analyze market trends to optimize trading performance in the crypto markets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute client trades while optimizing for best execution and mitigating market impact
• Develop and implement quantitative strategies that align with client trading goals
• Analyze market trends and liquidity to inform proprietary and client-focused trading decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field with a solid foundation in trading algorithms
• Proven track record in quantitative trading and client execution within crypto or similar financial markets
• Expertise in low-level programming languages (C++, Rust) and familiarity with blockchain technology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Exceptional risk management and problem-solving abilities
