Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct quantitative research studies, including surveys and behavioral analyses
• Translate qualitative findings into scalable quantitative hypotheses and validate them
• Communicate insights through dashboards and narratives to inform product decisions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Data Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in quantitative user research within a product development environment
• Proficient in advanced survey methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
• Experience with SQL and statistical tools in Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods
