Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Quantitative UX Researcher will design and execute end-to-end custom primary research to gain insights into user behavior and attitudes, collaborating closely with product and business teams while advocating for user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify research topics in collaboration with product and business teams
• Design and execute a variety of research methods, including surveys and usability tests
• Communicate research findings and insights effectively to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
• Experience with survey design and statistical analysis methods
• Hands-on experience in executing primary research
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives
