Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support ambitious product and experience teams, the full-time remote Quantitative UX Researcher will design and execute quantitative research studies, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into strategic insights while collaborating with qualitative researchers and client partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a variety of quantitative research methodologies, ensuring precision and methodological fluency
• Translate quantitative findings into strategic narratives that inform product and experience decisions for clients
• Collaborate with qualitative researchers to develop integrated mixed-methods research programs that provide comprehensive insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human behavior-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's/PhD with 2+ years of experience
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative UX research methods and experience with large-scale datasets
• Proficiency in survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
• Ability to apply various statistical techniques, including t-tests, ANOVA, and regression analysis
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
