Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a dynamic UX Research team, the full-time Quantitative UX Researcher will design and execute comprehensive primary research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for user needs while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with product and business teams to identify and prioritize research topics
• Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using various quantitative methods
• Communicate research findings and insights effectively to influence product development and strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience or applied research
• Proficiency in coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
• Experience in survey design and statistical analysis methods including Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests
• Hands-on experience in executing primary research
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives
