Job Summary
To support advancements in quantum security, the full-time Quantum Computing Engineer will research and design quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research, design, and evaluate quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions and algorithms
- Assess existing systems to identify vulnerabilities related to quantum computing threats
- Develop and implement cryptographic modernization strategies for transitioning to quantum-resistant algorithms
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Quantum Computing and Cryptography
- Master's degree in a related IT field may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience
- Expertise in quantum mechanics and quantum programming languages such as Qiskit and Cirq
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, and Java for implementing cryptographic algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity or Computer Science
