Job Summary

To support a growing automotive service team, the full-time remote Quebec Licensed Bilingual Technician will provide technical support, assess repair needs, and ensure maintenance work is performed accurately while leveraging over 5 years of hands-on automotive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support based on real-world automotive experience
• Assess and ensure the accuracy of recommended repairs and maintenance work
• Maintain performance metrics and contribute positively to team morale in a remote environment

Required qualifications

• Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
• Experience in a contact center setting is an asset
• Post-secondary education or ASE certification is preferred
