Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the full-time Quebec Licensed Bilingual Technician will leverage over 5 years of hands-on automotive or truck repair experience to provide technical support, assess repair needs, and ensure accurate pricing within a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support based on real-world automotive mechanical experience
• Assess the necessity and accuracy of recommended repairs, ensuring appropriate maintenance work is performed and priced fairly
• Maintain individual performance metrics and contribute positively to team morale while adapting to operational changes

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
• Experience in a contact center setting is an asset
• Post-secondary education (e.g., college diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship) is preferred
