Quebec Licensed Commercial Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across commercial and operational functions
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements, service contracts, and sales contracts
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to operations in Quebec
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Canada (Quebec Bar strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Prior in-house experience required, ideally in manufacturing or construction
• Strong knowledge of commercial and service agreements
