Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on a complex SaaS and services agreement with a provincial government entity
• Draft and negotiate contract terms directly in French Canadian (Qu b cois)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on risk and business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French Canadian (Qu b cois)
• Deep knowledge of the Quebec Civil Code
• Experience working within Quebec's regulatory environment
• Proven track record in government-facing negotiations
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
