Job Summary
Providing remote support for QuickBooks customers, the contract Accounting Software Customer Support representative will assist with inquiries related to QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll, and Payments, while troubleshooting issues and guiding users through the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with software functionality, account management, and payroll support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while providing guidance on relevant QuickBooks products
- Cross-sell additional QuickBooks services when applicable
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
- Comfortable with cross-selling products and services
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Must reside in the United States, excluding CA, NY, PA, and WA
