Job Summary

A company is looking for a QuickBooks Live Monthly Associate Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients, answering specific bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online (QBO) questions
Provide monthly bookkeeping services for clients, including reviewing and categorizing transactions, completing reconciliations, and sending monthly performance reports
Manage common bookkeeping situations, such as setting up and reviewing charts of accounts, creating bank feed rules, and integrating third-party systems

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of recent bookkeeping experience
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working within QuickBooks Online
2-year degree preferred
QuickBooks Online Pro Certification required
Proficient with technology and computer operations
