Job Summary
A company is looking for a QuickBooks Online Implementation Specialist to support the adoption and implementation of QuickBooks Online for small business clients and their accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams, external partners, and accountants to enhance QuickBooks Online adoption
- Develop and implement customized plans for accountancy firms and their clients
- Manage client transitions to QuickBooks Online, ensuring a positive initial experience
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with accountants or in the accounting industry is preferred
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks at an intermediate level is required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
