Quotations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting all aspects of quotation activities, the full-time remote Quotations Specialist will source, quote, and price items while negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable responses for the land business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, quoting, and pricing items accurately and competitively
• Communicating with colleagues to enhance quote opportunities and updating the Quote Log with current information
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best costs, lead times, and terms on quotations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fastener industry or industrial distribution
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement laws and regulations
• Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain systems, including MRP/ERP systems
• High competency level in MS Office applications
