Quotations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Quotations Specialist will analyze project documents and collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to generate detailed material scopes and quotes for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review project schedules and analyze specifications to identify issues
• Perform detailed material takeoffs and coordinate with vendors for timely pricing data
• Ensure accuracy of project data before releasing to Sales Associates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials
• Working knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industry
• Understanding of construction documents, including plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of Planswift Estimating software is a plus
