Quote Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quoting
• Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes
• Collaborate with various company departments to craft precise, customer-focused content

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working on price quote responses
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of experience on a marketing, communications, sales/BD, or proposal team preferred
• 1+ year of experience working in the environmental sector preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, document, and database software required
