Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Process product and calibration quotes and orders while adhering to company guidelines
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and calibration services via telephone
Analyze and identify opportunities for enhancements in current processes and customer approaches

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to learn and apply pricing strategies effectively
Experience with APLUS and Salesforce is a plus
