Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Process product and calibration quotes and orders while resolving customer inquiries
Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and adherence to business guidelines
Assist customers by applying Standards of Sales & Service Excellence in all interactions

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Ability to learn and apply pricing strategies effectively
Experience with APLUS and Salesforce is a plus
