Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote to Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate contract data in Salesforce and ensure accuracy before handoff to Order Management
• Triage inbound order form redline requests and escalate out-of-scope items to Legal
• Drive a historical data backfill effort to standardize existing contracts with new deal validation standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or a similar role
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of data accuracy in a quote-to-cash workflow
• Ability to identify discrepancies between order forms and Salesforce opportunities
• Experience communicating effectively with sales reps, legal, and accounting teams
• Comfortable operating in a developing process and distinguishing between different types of ambiguity
