Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quoting Specialist/Sales Support (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage billable quotes for clients and follow up to progress sales
Format and maintain contract documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in developing quotes and managing contracts in a laboratory instrumentation environment
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
Familiarity with contract formatting and equipment specifications
Background working with technicians or in a technical environment
Knowledge of analytical instrumentation is a plus
