R and D Hardware Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time R&D Hardware Engineering Manager will oversee the design and development of innovative network test platforms, contributing to all phases of hardware development from architecture to production release in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources to deliver new products
• Drive project schedules, communication, and tasks while mitigating issues across multiple projects
• Participate in cross-functional teams, collaborating with PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in people management and development
• Proven track record in the design and productization of computer networking equipment
• Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
• Familiarity with EMC, Safety, and general compliance requirements preferred
