Job Summary

Leading global product development strategy and execution, the full-time remote R&D Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and support regulatory strategy and launch planning.

Key responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute global product development strategies
• Develops and maintains resource plans, guiding proactive risk identification and mitigation
• Serves as the central point of communication for project status, risks, and escalations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry
• 1-3 years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional R&D project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• PMP certification preferred
